Chocolate! It is a source of such pleasure for most and I am no exception. There’s just something wonderful about a square of dark chocolate melting in your mouth. For that brief moment, no matter what may be going on, you find your “happy place” even if only for a moment. Guylian Chocolates has been providing me with happy place moments as I have been enjoying their truffles and no sugar added bars.
Guylian artisanal Belgian chocolates are a wonderfully rich treat. You have your choice of milk or dark chocolate with hazelnut filling. The original truffles come in the shapes of different shells and sea horses which I find different and beautiful. For Valentine’s Day they also have heart shaped truffles. Every member of my family, from my 4 year old to my father-in-law loves these chocolates. I am asked numerous times throughout the day, ‘Can I have a chocolate?’ But these special chocolates are reserved for after dinner savoring. They are fabulously rich which, while you could eat the whole box in a sitting, leaves you satisfied with just one.
Guylian also has no sugar added chocolate bars. I will admit, the name intrigued me and made me hesitant Could a no sugar added chocolate bar really be any good? Well, good would be an understatement. I love dark chocolate, it is a mommy treat that I will not share with my children and my husband is only sometimes fortunate enough for me to share with him, but this chocolate bar is reserved only for me, it’s that good. The dark chocolate is rich with deep flavors that will leave you wanting more.

I love the soft, smooth melt in your mouth chocolates, like Dove. I have ran across a few other, names whom I don’t remember, but with todays chocolate having such a fine melt in your mouth, smooth lingering affect, it’s hard to not to want to eat the whole box. I agree.
