Yes, definitely. Giveaways will be allowed to be open worldwide if the blogger chooses. We will likely be adding that to the linky when the event is live too.

Hi Nina! Thanks for stopping by! To participate, you would need to coordinate a prize package valued at a minimum of $25. To make a long story short, when the giveaway is live, you will identify your giveaway as a part of the event by including the linky with all the participating blogs as well as the event button. The goal is to provide a nice way to gain more exposure for your sponsors and blog than a typical solo giveaway would.
