Do you get late night cravings but don’t want to bake up something complicated? Have a big batch of bananas that are about to go brown? This Quick & Easy Banana Dessert Recipe is super simple to make with ingredients you already have on hand and with minimal cleanup!
What you need:
- Bananas
- Foil
- Your choice of toppings
Topping ideas: Marshmallow, Peanut Butter, Nutella, Nuts, Chocolate Chips, Health Bar Chips, Butterscotch Chips, Caramel, Candy Bar Pieces
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. (Or you can cook this right on your grill or fire pit – yum!)
Step 2: Tear off individual sheets of foil (about 8-10″ wide). Cut your banana into quarters and spread evenly over the center of your foil. Add your toppings. (In this batch I used Health Bar Chips and Marshmallow)
Step 3: Wrap your foil packets nicely to prevent spillage! Place on a baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4: Cool and Eat! They will be piping hot, so be careful! But, don’t wait too long to eat them, they will get watery!
