What I do now, though it doesn’t work for everyone.. I follow everyone back that follows me, that way I don’t miss anyone.

Nice to meet you” But, sometimes people newer to Twitter may not know how to use it quite yet…. so in short, there is really no fool proof way to ensure they will follow you back.
