Dawn – Product Specialist

Hello, my name is Dawn! Welcome to our little slice of the blogosphere.  I am a married mother of a darling 11 year old son.  I was born in Rhode Island, went to college in Massachusetts for a couple of years, then came back. I met Raphael on New Year’s Day, moved to Connecticut to be with him.  We were finally married on 1/1/10 which makes a very special anniversary to the day we met. We are now living back in RI.

I’ve always loved helping people and organizing fundraisers. I also love giving back to the community when I can. I went to college and studied Human Resources, then Social Work.  During those years in college, I ended up landing a nice office job. To make a long story short, I am still working there. I never really found a real niche, but I am looking! The rest is still unwritten.

A few years back, a total coupon freak introduced me to a new world that I never knew existed. Luckily, she was an extremely talented and smart mentor. I immediately latched on to the concept.  I dove in head first, luckily my husband was there to grab my feet! Together, we have been able to save thousands of dollars at the grocery store and beyond. We initially started the blog to share this ever-great concept with people. Little did we know, it would turn into so much more for us. Product Reviews, Giveaways, Tips and Hubby is making his way with his truly inspiring Graphic Designs. You could say that since we started Just Married with Coupons, life has just gotten that much sweeter.

Many people ask us, what does Just Married with Coupons mean? Did we get married with coupons? Well, no we didn’t, but we did do it on a tremendous budget and saved a ton of cash! Our advice to you is keep it simple. You know what truly matters and that is your sweetie!  Just Married with Coupons simply describes who we are… “just married” and “with coupons”.   When the years pass and we are no longer “just married”, we know the name will bring us back to our first moments together.
